Well it has been a long time, since I updated let alone visited my deviant art site. While I am still using the old, rusty Olympus Verve camera which is over 9 years old, I have returned after a year long stay in South Korea where I was teaching science. The year abroad has taught me a lot of things about myself, and has helped give me a greater appreciation for other cultures and other ways of life. So many of the monuments I saw while living in Korea were hundreds of years older than the country where I am from. The melding of old and new ways is apparent all over Asia as new technology sits next to ancient temples. I hope you enjoy some

Well deviant friends, I posted almost 7 months ago that I was heading to Bocas del Toro, Panama to visit my sister for a week. I am glad to say that after procrastinating for 7 months I have finally posted my pictures from those travels as well as my trip home to Cleveland this summer. Keep checking back in the next couple of months as I post pictures from recent travels, including a return to a Browns game this year in Thanksgiving. As always I appreciate all your comments and feedback as my rapidly aging Olympus camera is beginning the slow decline to death. After 8 years, it is finally starting to fall apart.

Greetings my fellow deviant artists! Thank you again for viewing my page and for your honest feedback on some of my amateur photography. Life certainly seems to be constantly moving in the fast lane, and my ability to update is usually limited. Let's face it, most nights after work all I want to do is rest. Not to mention my camera that I have been using for over 5 years is in need of a replacement. What was a high-tech camera in 2004 is no longer so high-tech.
